Adobe Summit as a part of my Adobe Insider Experience

I had a blast at #AdobeSummit as part of my #AdobeInsider experience. Lee Odden, Miri Rodriguez, Neil Patel, and I played a hilarious game of guessing the results of the Adobe Digital Economy Survey.
One of the questions we got was, “What percentage of companies communicate with their prospective customers digitally?”
And get this: only 46% of survey respondents (13,000 consumers and 4,250 customer experience and marketing professionals across 14 countries) said they use digital channels to communicate with prospective customers!
What!?
Clearly, I need to step out of my tech bubble…
